The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.
However standard items are generally shipping within 3-5 Business Days.
Please note that items are all handmade and are shipped from the UK.
UK SHIPPING
Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post or for Bible rebinds Royal Mail Tracked 48. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard.
Royal Mail estimate international delivery around 10 working days at non peak times.
Customs and import taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders (Bible covers, Rebound Bibles etc)
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The matching mini tabs are handcrafted in our UK studio and created to pair seamlessly with the highlighter palette. Their petite size allows them to sit quietly in the margins without overwhelming your pages, offering a soft and cohesive way to organise themes, topics and reflections. Each tab is softly laminated for durability and gentle handling, and the set includes a self adhesive key sticker with space to note your colour meanings.
